HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BAD SERVICE.



Last year I went to file my taxes at this place. I paid 75.00 to file my return electronically, Daniel gave me a confirmation that everything had been submitted successfully.



A few months ago I got a letter from the State saying they had not received my 2012 return. I contacted the office and Liliana ( Daniel's wife ) had me go to the office to pick up a copy of my return to mail it in to the State. This month I received another letter from the State charging me for a late filing fee.....I called Liliana today and got the most unexpected response from her.



Liliana (THE OWNER) was very unprofessional so I don't know why she says they have awesome service if they don't want to be responsible for their work. Instead of trying to help me find out what the problem was and contacting the State to find out what happened she basically said....you deal with it, it is out of my hands I did what I had to do...not only that but I called the IRS and they told me they had not received my 2012 return either so I have to mail it in as well. So I paid them for NOT filing my tax return and now I have to pay a late filing fee and she tells me it's my fault and HANGS UP ON ME... How is that my fault if I have no control over their computer system??
