Worst cab company ever. Lets start with the person who answers the phone (the dispatcher) I've called and not only do they answer the phone like its their house but I've had them burp loud and then answer they never identify their company. The way they answer the phone is "taxi!!" they have no clue what customer service is. The drivers are rude and discriminate people based on the way they look. Their wait time is ridiculous that's if they happen to go because most of the time when you call and ask for a taxi they never go they are literally 💩 never call them they would do us a favor if they'd close their business.

Mala ,pésima ,irresponsable ,sin palabra te dicen ahí voy y esperas 1 hora y nunca van ...q porque son llamada muy extraña q la pidas 6:50 un taxi en el mall aquí en el centro ca

Worst experience ever , had the worst service couldn't express this more I will never call a taxi from here again

Told me 15 minutes and showed up after 47 minutes. There was one working seatbelt in backseat.
