They do not deserve a star! My husband took our car on a Tuesday at 7AM, he didn't get a call back till 5PM. Our Ac wasn't working and the compressor needed to be replaced. It is now Friday of the following week. 10 days later. Our compressor arrived and no one bothered to call us. My husband called and according to the people there "near impossible job to do" And "if you bring it in we cannot guarantee it will be done today". We are going out of town, driving down the highway without AC!. To ad insult to injury they are going to work on it on Tuesday because Monday would be damn near impossible! Our car is under warranty otherwise, I would never go there ever.

Also a guy from the service department was very rude to me and did not want to fix a problem in my car even when is in warranty

Great selection of vehicles, to bad there is not a great selection of sales service. They where very rude and not excited to help me at all, buying a vehicle should be a fun and exciting process; not at all the case at this dealership. The next day I went to Robinson Ford in Calexico; they right of the bat where greeting me with smiles and excitement. They got me into a car that I love and I am forever a loyal customer! They you Robinson Ford!
