We arrived yesterday tocelebrate my b-day,a loooooot of bad "incidents":

1.- Gloria (one of the hostess) didnt give my friend the alarm little item, they told her 30 min, just because i had a champagne to keep in cold they request the number of the alamr, and she said "oh i dont know why i dont give it to you. " in the while 2-3 groups were added to the waiting list. We were placed on the last number of the list :9

I request to put me up 2-3 people since was her mistake, she siad "i dont know why i didnt , but you are now in the list"

2.-After 1.26hr. We were the last group.

3.- Server informed no more salad, so just soup will be serve it.

4.- 3 soups tuscany, but one just with Kale, no more potatoes and she brought "by mistake " a different soup.

5.- Food arrived , 3 friends got a grilled chicken rissoto was no cooked well, they didnt eat it at all.

6.- one friend came 2-3 mins after we ordered, so he ordered about 10 min late; his food. He ordered ponmedoro, when his food arrived.. oh oh ! another grilled chicken instead pomedoro!!!!!!!!!!! He requested to be corrected his order and put it to go..:(

7.- Time of the dessert ,,,,,, 1 asked for chocolate, fine, amaretto.. server come back with 2 chocolates, "sorry no more amarretto" me and another freind tiramisu.. after.. same history " sorry either tiramisu!!!!!!!

8.- Time to request boxes... the top of the receipent wrong size!!! server comes with the ones tthat mathces.. no bags , no mint chocolates as ussually u get in olive garden's restaurant,,

9.time to payy.. u could imagine how long took it..

10. After all i forgot my gifts on the table.. another server try it to give them to me, but door was locked already.. and so HILLARIOUS, a lady (come to the door, OPENED it and said" i can not open the door , a MANAGER needs to come..." hahahha hahah no wayyyyyyyyyyyy!!!
