We do all of our shipping of packages with these people and find the service exceptional.
We also have a lot of notary work done there because it is so convenient and find them very professional.

I don't know what the negative reviewers here are upset about. The staff at PostalOutpost is friendly and they are always helpful. They do not pretend to be cheaper than the post office or FedEx since they are a independent ship center for both. However, they do provide a better customer service experience and can offer more than one option for shipping. Plus I don't know of any other place in town that will package your shipment for you and let you come back later to pay when it's done. They have saved me time and money more than once.

Postal Outpost is very convenient and they are always super nice and helpful. BUT – I recently shipped a Fed Ex Ground package through them and they marked it up over $20!!!! It was $37.83 when I called Fed Ex vs. $58.00 at Postal Outpost. That is utterly ridiculous. I wish I had done my research prior to shipping! I couldn’t believe it, so I went in to talk to the owner when I discovered the price disparity and all she did was shrug her shoulders and say, “that’s how we make money, obviously we have to mark up.” – I agree on some mark-up but TWENTY DOLLARS is RIDICULOUS! They completely lost my business. -- GO TO FED EX OR UPS OR USPS DIRECTLY -- none are too far in El Centro!
