You can really tell Carters is a family owned business. When I called, Dean answered the phone and answered all the questions I had about getting my carpet cleaned in a straighforward manner. When the guys came out, they were really considerate about everything from my wood floors to the corners of my walls. Before they started, they explained everything and made sure I understood. They moved our huge dining room table and chairs free of charge, all with great care.

The job itself was executed with total professionalism. They left the carpet dry to the touch (just like Dean, the owner, explained) and it looked like new.

I was 100% satisfied with Carters and would recommend it to any friend or business.
