One torsion spring snapped Friday. I replaced the other one myself 5 yrs ago, but now, the weekend before Christmas, I didn't have time to do this one, or wait 5 days to order a new spring to receive on Christmas eve!

I wish I would have called Nick Friday. But I didn't know what to expect with so many sites offering services. I called several and some came out, but I was not impressed with their price or offers. I quickly found out they are not all they advertise - not even where they advertise -- beware!! They came in unmarked, regular pickup trucks, no company name?
They weren't quite so honest and straight-forward without some hidden pretense...

After a weekend without opening garage, I saw Nick's response on Yelp with "God Bless you." So I called him Monday, because that's what I had prayed for! (God provides when you ask Him)

He was exactly the right guy God lead me to! After I explained what I had done in the past and exactly what I needed now, he gave me a quick quote on the phone at a very reasonable price no one else could match.

But it was his testimony about Jesus Christ, and commitment to honesty, and quick response to come in an hour with the spring I needed, in a PU truck that was really his business truck, professionally identified on sides and back as seen in the other pictures, that was most important. And he finished the entire job in 20 minutes! -- that impressed me even more!!

He even adjusted the door closing height.
I highly recommend Nick at Neighborhood Garage Door to anyone, and I will be calling him again when needed.
