I purchased a rice cooker and it lasted about 6 months. It just completely stopped getting power. model RC010P . can you send me a new one please. The product unit was unacceptable. These devices usually last several years. I will assume I just got a one in a thousand failure. Thanks Peter Amendola Stockton CA.
