Honestly, I don't know why this tour company is getting so much negative review. I'm Chinese-American and found this tour company to be fair. The tour guides spoke English and Chinese at appropriate fluency and the buses were clean and good quality. Not to mention that the price is much cheaper than some other companies for the same places visited. The only complaints I have is that they didn't give enough time for some of the destinations. I would've wanted to stay a little longer. Some of the tour guides are better than others, but at least you can tell that they all work hard.

My daughters and I have taken a four day group tour from Salt Lake City to Yellowstone Park with Golden Int'l Travel through Take Tours. First of all, it's supposed to be a bilingual tour but in fact it’s not. The tour guide only spoke Mandarin thorough the trip and my two U.S. born kids did not understand. Second, on the first day of the tour, at 8:35 am that morning while we made a quick stop at a store, the tour guide asked all of us to pack lunch, dinner for the day, and breakfast for the next day. No arrangement was made for meals the whole day. According to the itinerary, the tour should have stayed in the Yellowstone Park at Grant Village or similar. However, we were transported and stayed at a hotel 80 miles away from the park's west entrance. We left the park at 7:25 p.m. and arrived at the hotel at 9:25 p.m. without any stop for meal. The next morning we left for the park at 6:00 a.m. without breakfast (unless you purchased earlier) and were transported back to the park's west entrance (80 miles drive). On the next day, two more attractions in the park were visited before we headed back to Salt Lake City. Fortunately, we have one hour to have lunch before the ride back. Unfortunately, we were told it's a straight five hour drive and no stop will be made. After two days of torturing (travelling time on tour bus, no meals, lack of rest), we decided to left the group tour. Before we left the tour, we were asked to pay for four day service fee (for both driver and the tour guide) even though it's a 2 & ½ day tour.

Garbage tours and Horrible service

I bin travel more than 10 years and never write reviews and complain... i joint 5days tours at Los angel and nightmare came when tours on first day until end. Everydays you need to find where is bus and guided, everyday is different bus and guided ! Is self services, the guided is only get your the theme park ticket and tell you time out to park ! pay $7 per person per day for nothing ! another thing is everyday spend 2 hours on bus to arrived at theme park and need to out the theme park 4:30pm to catch the bus (theme park close at 8pm) nightmare is no end, the bus will take you to LA union station to change another bus then bring you back to hotel. almost 2H 15m from theme park back to hotel. Totally waste time... mind everyday to park and back hotel you need to spend 4 or 5 hours in the bus. if you like to enjoy in bus, you can take a try . Actually, they don't even deserve that one star but they don't hv that option here !

Do not go with this travel company. It's a big mistake. Tour guide is rude, can't speak proper English and tour has unexpected cost, extremely poor service

Actually, they don't even deserve that one star but they don't hv that option here on yb. Yes, their tour and service is that bad. Basically, our trip to SF last weekend was a disaster. They hv poor trip plans and buses and even ill mannered tour guide. Day one our morning call was at 5:30am, day two our morning call was at 4:30am. I've never joined tour that made us get up so early just to drive 5 hrs to Yosemite and stayed there for less than 30 min then we go straight home, with another 6 hours long drive. One specific tour guide named Norman is especially rude and yelled at us bc we complained about unfair seat arrangement. He literally yelled at us to get off the bus and pay the tips up front or else call the police. Not to mention that he told us to pay $25 just for the cable car, which on their website the $25 was suppose to be the optional tour. One person asked what happen if we don't pay? He said: then you just have to stay in the hotel whole day. I didn't end up going and stayed in my hotel. What kind of attitude and service is this? Forcing customer to pay money, also where is this money going to? No receipt or anything upon payment. At the end of the trip, he even said write your complain on this and passed out blank paper and told us to sign and put our contact number. There is no company name, no detail what so ever on that paper and how do we know what you will do this our signature on this paper? Very fishy and shady company, do not ever join their tour or else your trip will be ruin for sure!

Pos: hotels and bus are good.



Neg: the organization of the travel is not good. We traveled from Las Vegas to California, but we didn't know who's the tour gay until them arrived in the hotel. They just didn't give us phone number until they arrive, so we must wait them in the hotel lobby for them for hours. Sometimes they changes tour gay everyday. So finding who is our today's tour gay is a not good experience. One more negative side, their tour gay is very very mediocre, someone can't speak Chinese and English clearly.

Very poor organization

On the plus side, the price is unbeatable. We went to Las Vegas and the rooms were very good. The bus was clean. and appeared to be in good shape. I didnt see a safety certificate posted, bu I don't know if one is required. The seats were were cramped, and lacked amenities such as cup hikers and foot rests. We were told that no food was permitted onboard and only drinks in bottles. No rubbish bin/bags were provided.

We were told not to use the onboard bathroom because they had no way to empty the tank until their return. That seemed very strange. Our guide was sick so another employee,/guide? Took over and we didn't learn much about the attractions. When the sick guide spoke for 1/2 hour on the way back he was very knowledgeable. But he was so sick that he should not have been on the bus at all. When our party signed up, we were told that they would email us the itinerary - that never happened. On our return home, we had to stop to discharge some passengers and to pick up passengers from another bus. We were left to wait on the bus for over an hour with no explanation and they were unavailable to answer questions about wat was happening.

I jointed the travel group of this company guided by Daniel to Yellow Stone in July 13,2013. It was a perfect experience for our family. All the hotels have a nice room. It is very clean and with two big bed. Daniel is very thinkable and knowledgeable. Every meal is arranged well and we saw lots of great attractions. May God bless your company!
