I believe this business participates in Fraudulent business practices. Misrepresenting the true nature of customers bookings on Booking.com and other booking websites in order to obtain and secure customers credit card information by misrepresenting and presenting false reservations to already booked customers and than as a scam will alter the lower rate once these credit cards are secured in order to obtain and secure and lure other credit cards that are secured at a higher daily rate. once all of GIBSON INNS rooms are reserved and secured with customers credit cards at lower rates, GIBSON INN by means of fraud and deception to misrepresent reservations, fraudulently will switch the daily rate to a higher rate to secure other credit cards numbers at this rate and than present a false reservation to the already reserved customer who has reserved a room at the lower previous rate to obtain the monies of the higher rate that customers have booked at their deceptive switching of rates using these booking sites. causing that customer to turn away by not accepting it or making an excuse to not honor the lower rates reservation. The fraudulently switched price on the internet website in order to obtain monies and than transfer this fraudulently transacted monies to a financial institution constitutes a deceptive business practice and internet fraud. It also makes this "business who appears to be ligitamte in accepting reservations" a scam. The customer is trusting this company to honor the reservation that has been booked at the lower rate. instead they will falsely assert that no rooms are available and deceptively accept the rate of other customers at the fraudulently mass marketed higher rate. This tricks the customer out of a proper and trustworthy reservation that would of otherwise been accepted at another hotel instead of being deceitful and fraudulent in order to obtain money from the deceptive switching from the lower rate to a higher rate thus securing these cards in order to transfer this trickery into their financial institution. GIBSON INN claims via the internet, that they are using fraudulently in order to mass market their pricing, to be a trustworthy company. To honor reservations as they are placed. This is false. I will be personally filing a Internet fraud claim with to Federal Agency for this devotion and fraud. I urge anyone to contact me if you have experienced fraud and deceptive business practices and internet fraud from GIBSON INN for possible prosecution. Internet Fraud is a federal crime 5-20 years plus restitution. This is also done intentionally with the intent to refuse lower priced roomed reservations. This computer crime practiced by GIBSON INN may cause you in inconvienace.
