ZERO STARS!!! A sorry excuse for a "Lender". They are so pathetic, they've been assigned only two parking spaces out of 1000 spaces in their office building in Monrovia. This is the worst experience I've ever had taking out a loan. These idiots don't read loan documents. They expect you to read it for them and highlight what they are looking for. If T. J. Financial considers themselves a professional corporation, then why do they wait for the last minute to ask for more documentation? I know if I were doing this business for as long as T. J. has, I would have reviewed my borrowers file and have ALL necessary documentation in hand within three weeks of the loan application signing. Instead, they drag the process to the very end and then say they can't fund because the still need more documentation.



WHAT A BUNCH OF HACKS!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

TJ FAILURE is a poor excuse for a company. All they do is PRETEND they are working hard to find a loan by asking for countless and countless amount of personal information and in the end, you come out with nothing. For 30 days, we sent them every bit of information they requested and on the final day of closing, they dump our request. What kind of business tells you on the last day of closing that you do not qualify!!! I was able to find another lender a week later without any problems. Do not waste your time with these people...they will make you lose your house.
