Provided by YP.comI was quoted $10.00 to repair a flat on my hand cart. A day latter they called telling me I needed to replace the tire for $38.00. Their business card said they closed at 6pm, I arrived at 5:30pm and the place was closed. I called the next day, they were closed at 5PM, I explained that their card said 6pm, he stated "Ah that's an old card from years ago" and hung up. I went over at lunch to pick up my cart and when he brought it out saw that the tire wasn't flat any more, I didn't think much else of it and paid for the repair. When I got it outside to lift it into the back of my pickup I discovered that the tire they put on my cart was old and the rubber was cracking. I brought it back to the service rep and pointed out that I paid for a new tire but was given a used tire. He took it back and said he'd fix it. So I have experienced rudeness, lack of attention to customer service, inconvenience and shady business practices, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Provided by YP.comThis company is worse than a crooked mechanic. On 9/15/08 my husband and I went in to their shop/store to see how much it would be to fix a used motor for a go cart. They told us it would be $60.00 to fix it and get it running. On 09/17/08 they told us it was ready and that the charge would be $97.00. My husband asked why if they told us it was only going to be $60 to fix, the man then told him that they had to add parts to get it running, my husband told him that he just wanted it running that we would get those parts (muffler ect.) later. We just wanted to make sure it worked and that we didnt have alot of money right now but that we would be back to buy those parts later. The man got mad and started talking very matter of factly and said that they were gonna pull all of the parts off and for my husband to go pick up his motor. My husband told me how rude he was so I called back and told him that was poor customer service on his part. First of all if extra work or extra parts are gonna be needed or added they need to call the customer before they do it to make sure we can pay for it. And I told him that we were quoted $60.00 by two gentlemen there. He said "no Mam, we cant do that for a tune up. Come pick up your motor and take it somewhere else where they will do it for that price." And I said "but that was the price that you all quoted us." And He said "NO, we cant do it for that price, we're just gonna take off our parts and you can come pick up your motor." What I dont understand is if they already did the tune up(which is part of the ninety seven dollar charge) why would they tell us to take it somewhere else to get it tuned up again) why wouldnt they just accept the $60 for the service they(Supposedly) already did than to lose it all and have a customer go somewhere else?
