Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE! Arrived at 6:54 PM today to LOCKED DOORS. A fellow customer let me in to pick up some custom screens I had ordered. This action, by the customer, let to RUDE comments by both, the assistant manager, Jose, and the cashier, Bryan (Brian). MANY customers were surprised and shocked by the rude treatment I received by those two associates. FURTHER, upon my departure from the store, Bryan and Jose proceeded to "bad-mouth" me IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! Twenty plus years of dealing with Ace...this is my FIRST bad experience...and it was a doooooozie!
