Provided by YPmobileTook my 2013 camero to get checked at several places with them quoting me over $1000 dollars to fix the problem ... Called This place they were very friendly and helpful... They checked my car free of charge ... And informed me that all it was... Was a sensor.... When other places were overcharging me and not telling me what exactly the problem was.... They charged me only $265 to fix it... I'm glad I called, looked around and found this place... Thank you Alamo !

Provided by YPmobileI took my Imapala to these guys early this year so they could rebuild my transmission they charged me $1,300 after i got my car back it worked good for only 2 weeks so i took it back it took them 2 months to "fix it" 2 weeks later same thing happened!!!! Like seriously dont they know how to do their job right!!!!! They had my car for about a month and finally today he said it was ready just on my way home the car started breaking down again!! My advice do not trust these guys they really do a crappy job. I know for a fact that i wont be going back there anymore...no wonder why they give the 1 year warranty

Provided by YP.comI had my Toyota Camry 's automatic transmission repaired at Alamo, and it works just fine. The repair was done for far less than what the dealer would have charged. I am not sure why another customer reported problems. Maybe he was just trying to get out of paying for his repairs.

Provided by YP.comthis place is a rip off. i took my car to get the transmission rebuilt they charged me 2400. the car worked great for about a month and then it started giving me problems, they gave me a year warranty so i took it back in and they supposedley fixed it. it worked for about another month shortly after then i took my car to another place to run a diagnostic check on it. they told me it was my transmission , i then took it to get a second opinion they told me the same thing so i took my car back alamo. they have had my car for four months, they keep telling me its not the transmision that its my oxygen senors and they want to charge me 2400 dollars to fix them, ironically the price of a new transmission. i keep calling them about it and all they do is give me the run around, they pass me from person to person, no one can give me an asnswer as to when it will get fixed. i have talked to the manager/owner he gives me excuses and promises that it will be ready on a certain date and when i call on that date he, comes up with another excuse.
