I switched insurance companies because Allstate was getting ridiculously expensive, and they still went ahead and charged my account even after I cancelled. According to them they issued a credit for the amount, but it has been 12 days and I do not see my money anywhere. According to my bank there are no pending transactions either. This office lacks good costumer service. These are rookie mistakes, I DO NOT recommend getting your insurance through them.
