She is very straightforward, very knowledgable, accurate in her diagnosis, and effective in her treatments.

My spouse and I saw Ms Altamirano several times for marital counseling. We found her to be disorganized, distracted, an extremely poor listener, judgmental and condemning. We thank God we sought a different counselor after she condemned our 24 year marriage as never being real, time for division of property.
