These so called Therapist have to some of the most incompetent people out there... one of my family members was needing a follow up for medication. They would never return phone calls, were extremely rude and today we had an appointment for testing and evaluation. We showed up to our appointment only to find out that had been canceled. Never received a call to reschedule and then was told they would call us for another appointment date . I for one am so disappointed and will never ever go back to these people. I don’t recommend taking your loved ones to this place, I’m surprised that they are in business!

This office is no disorganized the therapist don’t last working there. My son has seen a new therapist every visit. Prescriptions are a hassle to get and the staff is rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office at all!

Mental health services are rare in El Paso. Good ones even more so. These guys are good. Getting appointments can be tough because they are booked solid.

It's obvious that Ms. Erivonne G. doesn't know the difference between an actual "Doctor" and a Therapist. So far, two negative comments for two businesses, which leads me to the following:

I guess one would have to be stupid for not checking the reviews about any local business on various platforms, and still engaging a business that has "low grades" or bad reviews, after a couple or more personal "bad" experiences. No?

Now, let the Butthurt flow through you. ;)

It's awful service. Yolanda Uranga MA, LPC-S rude, irresponsible, wouldn't show up for the appointment and if she did she was more than an hour late giving my daughter 10 minutes session. She has no ethic and failed to have communication with me. Didn't know what was going on with the case. I don't recommend This "doctor " at all!

My son was going to one of there offices and we had never been latenever missed an appointment one time i didnot relize that he had missed an appoint ment they were rude and did not want to reschedule now he his out and they dont care about there patience the staff is rude and crude.

I had an employee at this service known as Bonnie Galvan help me wih some of the various physcological challenges I have acquired while back serving for my country .through out the time of the treatment I noticed no results in helping my situation no hope to continue going to this center to take care of the needs I need to become healthier being. I would not advise any one to receive these services only because of her treatment towards patients mainly rude cruel behavior. These conditions just leave an old man wondering what questioning the help and waste of money and time attending the services
