Horrible. She just waited on one specific table. After waiting 40 minutes we finally got our food, but still no water so we reminded her again and asked for to go cups and a straw, finally she brings us our drinks in glasswear with no straws after we paid the bill. I told her we already paid (that machine on the table gave her a tip even though i said 0) and we're leaving plus there isn't a straw. On our way out the door she brings me a straw with a smirk on her face. It's a simple job, I did it as a teen, how is it so hard for them.

Food and service excellent, but the designer who redesigned the seating forgot completely about people with ADA requirements. My 86 year old mother who loved to eat at Applebee's went for her last time. The closest seat that accommodates her is the furtherest from the front door. The ramp to get to the ADA seating is on the opposite side of the dining room from the front door. All the ground floor tables have been changed to booths that are at least a foot off the ground and all other seating is now the "high chair" concept. My mother was so embarrassed that because the walk to her seat tired her out so much, she felt she could not walk the distance back through the dining room to leave and I had to make a trip home for her wheel chair. I have really enjoyed my visits in the past at Applebee's, but am so sorry that they do not want the business of their older customers or customers with disabilities. Excellent food & service, very poor planning to accommodate those with disabilities.

Management is horrible. They wouldn't help me with a gift card I bought and I had the receipt but since I bought it at another franchise they said they couldn't help me with the problem.
