I would rate lower if I could.

They have their sugar gliders in horrendous conditions. They put about 8 gliders jammed in a tiny metal gerbil cage, no sugar glider safe wheels, no toys, pine shavings at the bottom (which are poisonous to gliders) and a terrible pellet diet (which causes them to have brown fur). I will not ever do business with them ever.

As for me I love it here, they know their critters, and they r helpful, as for sugarglider care they sell so fast they dont get a chance to run, they go on Facebook and u call and they sold, anyway they are a wonderful place to shop for our critters needs!

I used to go very often and have purchased many pets (specially fish) with this buisness but today i had an issue with a fish i purchased and when i went in the brother of the owner was very rude and did not even atempt to help me he actually did the oposite and embarased me in front of other cuatomers i dont recomend this buisness to any one any more.

I love this place. The animals and their display areas are awesome. It's like going to a mini zoo. I can spend a lot of time there. I even want to bring all the animals home.
