It is an iconic bakery in area. But, it is no excuse to overcharge people for relatively simple items. The bakery items never taste the same - one week certain items I buy are ok - the week, not so ok. The consistency in their baking processes vary from week to week. But the most annoying thing is the price. The only thing keeping this bakery going is the snap card. Everyone in the neighborhood uses it because there are no other alternatives. But there are other alternatives - just need to shop around.

I ordered my wedding cake here and I waited about two months to give a review to see If maybe I was overrating.

Firstly: Christina the baker who made my cake increased the price the moment she realized we were military. She charged $75 for cake delivery for the cake to be driven a mile down. Also she couldn't give me a sample for tasting so she wanted me to buy a cake instead. I got cupcakes. It did taste good.

Second: she charged another $100 for the details and the initial that I wanted to be engraved on the cake. The detailed was supposed to be all hand made and the cake was supposed to be White.

On my wedding day I saw my cake and even though it was pretty it was not what I had payed $500 for. Instead of the details in two of the tires of the cake shed put lace around it and those two tires were yellowish. The letter that she was supposed to engrave was a cheap plastic letter shed gotten from hobby lobby probably. The cake topper would not say straight for the life of me. The cake was pretty still but not what I ordered. Seemed like she never got the pictures and many emails if sent her.

I was disappointed and when I sent the cake stand back to get my deposit for it and emailed Christina she didnt even email back.

Wouldn't ordered from them again.

are not people friendly and only the elite

They only take cash, master card,, visa nor food stamps this bakery is for the rich only. That is what they are trying to do. Just keep rich people in this backery we already have one called the Internationl one on Mesa, I thought they were going to be just like the bakery on park opened to everyone. But I guess not us poor people still have to drvie to park stree to buy our sweet bread. Because they only serve the rich. Tumbs down.
