We had a very similar experience like everyone else on here. We needed a flood certificate for one of our properties. They charged my credit card right away but they were always too busy to send me the survey. The company culture here seems to be to treat all customers as rude as possible. Receptionist said they were too busy to send me the survey and so did the owner. Owner then proceeded to hang up on us.

**BEWARE when doing business here**

This has probably been the worst, WORST in capital letters, the worst experience I've ever had, Calderon Engineering and Mr. Calderon himself have the worst customer service you can imagine, they over promise and don't deliver, I asked them to do a simple survey on a piece of land 3 weeks in advance, after the 4th week they gave me all kinds of excuses, telling me they where to busy and could not get it done, when Calderon himself said that they could do the survey in a few days, they delayed my closing and almost lost a sale. Calderon and his Staff are unprofessional, unethical, and plain ignorant. I don't recommend anyone doing business with them, I will tell everyone I know my experience, and warm anyone thinking of hiring then to do business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY you'll be wasting your time and money.
