I want to thank Farmers Insurance for such wonderful customer service. Let me explain. about to weeks ago I got flooded in my car going home from church I was only 3 minutes away from home.
The fire department had to go rescue me from my car and take me home. I called Farmers around 430pm and by 6pm I had Lee called me back got my car towed to my house. The next day Lee got my car to the adjuster to look over the car to see if it was a total loss or if it could be fix. It took only 24 hours to respond to me that my car was a total loss. He then send me with Mr. Brett who help me in 24 hours and send me the paper work to sign and get my car paid off. Joseph Proctor send Tanya to call me on Monday to make sure I was doing ok. Thank you for taking my feeling under consideration and doing my claim in a timely manner. You guys made this experience less trumatic for me. I have been with Farmers Insurance for over 20years and here is for another 20 years. I love my Insurance Sally Skeen
