Provided by YP.comUnfortunately I was stranded in EP due to a blow out. MPP took forever to approve replacement of my wheel and tire. Aside from that, when the aesthetic damage was replaced Casa Nissan did not bother to see the extended damage that affected my alignment. Pretty sad knowing I had to drive back to Phoenix with kids in the car. Very disappointed.

Provided by YPmobileI am absolutely greatful for Casa Nissan Home of the Nice Guys!! Back in 2007 when I needed a car and didn't have much credit. Mr. Eddie Hernandez did everything in his power to help me out. And I purchased my first car! Yay!! Years later my husband and I wanted to upgrade our car since our family is growing and Mr. Eddie once again came to the rescue! We are greatful and so excited that we purchased our second car. Thank u Casa Nissan AND Mr. Eddie for doing your best and great support....but most importantly for making us feel feel like family!

Provided by YP.comI had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience buying a used car; a 2006 nissan Murano last year, was promised all it needed was a battery replacement as per the contract (which btw didnt happen and After having to tow several times I finally bought a new one myself that has been perfect since), and that tyres were a little bit worn out. I was a few weeks pregnant at the time and stressed a lot on car safety and was promised so. We were never allowed to go on a test drive alone, the sales rep had to be there, and actually had to drive it herself most of the time; which we understood why later. We were promised a full tank of gas before driving off, I never thought to double check, and about 12 miles later near our home it was 3/4 full and we decided we werent gonna go all the way back for 10 bucks of gas. FATAL MISTAKE, turns out the sales rep was hiding the fact that the fuel sensor was not working, which we had to find out just off the i-10 a week after we bought the car, and after miraculously not getting into a serious accident when the car halted. We had it towed and found out about the sensor. Called casa nissan back to be told tough luck. The worst part is we were given an inspection PASS report, while on reinspecting this year, it failed because of the fuel sensor, sounds to me like service inspection was fraud, which says a lot about the people who work there and who sell these cars. Ive been to casa back and forth several times, extremely frustrated and shocked at being deceived like this to be told hard luck. Left so many messages and made so many calls and sent emails, no one ever got back to me. But you know what, I beleive what goes around comes around and that one day they will be publicly shamed and will suffer a lot of financial losses because a business built on lies and deception can never be successful. To everyone else who considers them, please take this valuable lesson and take your business and money elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comCasa Nissan has the POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a Nissan Sentra SL 2014 with LOW FUEL, OIL, and ANTIFREEZE. I had to take back the vehicle first thing the next day. The dealer failed to active the fuse box which would have indicated some of these issues. The car smelled burned which I brought up to the rep. and technician who took the car to get inspection, remove original wrappings, fueled, and washed. I took the vehicle to work two hours later which the seats still had the original tags and the passenger's visor still had the plastic wrapping after pickup. The car I purchased was $1000 over the dealer price tag. Which I brought up to the sales rep. at the time of purchase. I purchased the car at $23,866. The same vehicle at the Nissan website is listed at $21,495 and at Casa Nissan was listed $22,866 with their added add-ons which the vehicle did not include,e.i, pin stripping. The prices do not include the rebates that were offered at the time ($1000 cash back and $500 cash back which I did not get). The final price was $26,429 after taxes with an unnecessary vin etching fee. I only asked for GAP insurance. All these issues were brought up to the sales manager Mike Zuloaga in a 72 hour period. They refused to exchange the vehicle on the third day of purchased. According to the rep. Ivan Renteria, they had to get approval from a bank supervisor. Which isn't true because all they had to do was exchange the collateral. Mr. Renteria also mention that I had no credit and small accounts(I have a 743 credit score) and according to him they did me a favor by getting approved for the purchase. He was upset at the time because I had spoken to his sales manager prior to the conversation.
P.S.
I was recommended to this agency by a family member who had purchased a Nissan Altima three months prior to my purchase.
I have proof of all that I mention above: pictures, paper work, and the vehicle.

Provided by YP.comI parked in the back so as not to get bothered by any salespersons to look at the new Altimas. While browsing I was spotted and approached by Vanessa. Needless to say, I purchased my brand new Altima by the next day. Some saleswoman Huh/ Lol!! Vanessa had just the right touch to gave me a no hassles deal within an hour. I just hate having to hassle and bargain with salepeople that lasts hours and hours. Thanks Vanessa.....

Provided by YP.comMy experience was positive. The salesman was efficient but not too pushy, they had the car I wanted, and they were cooperative by holding the car for a few weeks while I was on vacation. Professional and customer-centered.

Provided by YP.comi went to casa nissan to ask about trading my 2008 grey altima coupe to a white colored one and just when i drove up, ALL the salespeople just looked at me and said nothing. NADA. i guess they saw my car and figured i wasn't in to buy another car. who knows, i was thinking about purchasing another car for my parents because i am extremely satisfied with my new nissan. but it sucks when you drive up with an old car and everyone jumps on you for customer service and once you have a new car.....well, everyone just ignores you. i guess i will have to return to where i brought my car...viva nissan. sorry guys.
