Horrible experience! Only excuses, no customer service. Save yourself a migraine headache and go somewhere else. Pride and workmanship does not exist.

I would give this business zero stars but I cannot. My car was crashed,they fixed the radiator and the bumper but failed to start my car until the day I went to pick it up. They lost a part and the motor was shaking bad. For a whole week they kept telling me that they called a mechanic. I showed up unannounced and my car was still sitting there. Then the owners son tried lying saying that the mechanic came and he was going to email him the results of his test. The female that works there has a terrible attitude and never knows anything about the status of your car or lies about it then says she assumed cause no one told her. She also acts like she's doing you a favor. I had to call the police for them to get my car. I did not owe them one cent so they had no right to keep my vehicle.. Oh and because I did not let them clean my car they refused to give me the lifetime garantee they offered me. I am taking them to court, so if you do not want the headache seriously, take my advice.

This shop is a good place to get good quality at a very good price,the work they do is the same as any other big expensive shop but the price is a lot better plus they give military discount wich worked real good for me,I didn't have to pay deductible!!
