Professional staff. Great people to work with. Great agents. Everyone is client needs oriented, clients are first here.

They were a great help when we first moved in. After that, it was trouble. We would wait long periods before things got fixed, with no calls or anything. One contractor had to come out 5 times to repair the same thing. Our garage door NEVER got fixed. They claim $650 to paint two 11*10 bedrooms. When doing your initial inspection make sure you mark every light bulb that doesn't work, and any window that does not have a covering - because you will be paying for it when you move out. Make sure if it rains for a week after you move out to go back and do the yard or they will charge you $200 for a small yard that never really had grass anyway. Be warned....they seem great in the beginning, but after 3 years of renting from them - believe our warning

I agree with the previous review. Worse rental experience ever. They are slow to do any repairs - and when they finally do, the repairmen just show up. No phone calls as requested or time frame or anything. They use the cheapest labor possible and just Band-Aid repair things. When you move out, just kiss your deposit goodbye. They will ding you for EVERYTHING. Hope you didn't miss the fact that a light bulb was out or that there were no blinds over a window when you did your walk through. Then when you try to argue it with them, they will act like they are doing you a favor by not charging you for everything. It rained everyday for a week, yet they charged us for the yard work - it was fine when we moved out....beware!

Just a caution for anyone looking to rent a property from this company, be careful on what you put in the inventory when you move in!! They do not do any type of inspection until you move out and any little thing you miss in the beginning, whether you know what you are looking for our not, they will take from your deposit. I feel they have cheated me and do not want to see this happen to anyone else. Make them do the inspection before you move in that way its all on them, not you!!

Customer service is horrible!! Military be warned!!! They are not here to help u they only want your money and when something breaks forget it, u will go days without!!!!! Go with a company that can be trusted!!!! These guys don't have any compassion!!!! Lacking loyalty to their customers!!!!

Century 21 Haggerty is a great Real Estate company. I am new to El Paso and needed to find a home right away. We did just that, a nice house and at a good price! I‘m so glad our agent worked so hard to help us get into our new home. I highly recommend Century 21 Haggerty!

Being new to town I was worried that I would not be taken care of properly. I didnt know what company to go to to find a rental house. I found a house I liked and called the #. The house had just been rented but Nick took this time and asked me what I was looking for in a house. He showed me 3 other houses that he had and I found a great one that fit my budget. There was a few things that were worng with the house but Nick worked with the house owner and got them all fixed in a timly manner. Nick was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Centrury 21 Haggerty to anyone looking to rent a house or have their house be rented.

Good People, professional and friendly office. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home. The agents were extremely helpful and provided me with lots of good useful information before signing a contract. They really did a lot for me, working late hours making sure everything got done right. I am very happy to have worked with them.

Stay away from this company for buying selling or leasing properties! They never call you back, lie/withhold details and worst of all try to run a scam to steal portions of your deposit.
