Cielo Vista is the definition of a slum lord, there is no heat in the winter, and the swamp coolers don't work in the summer. The pools are empty rotting cesspools of filth. They refuse to fix anything in the apartments. I left after they violated a contract through housing, and are attempting to collect ten months of rent from me, even though they violated the contract. I attempted to discuss this with them and they virtually through me out of the office, after throwing my verification paperwork back in my face. There are plenty of other apartments in this fine city that will treat you with respect and not have you living like an animal, and for the same price. Some of you may be saying that I'm just angry over my personal treatment...you're darn right I'm angry! And I will dare anybody to find one positive review of this place, but you can't, because they don't exist.
