Location is close to everything I need so that's a plus. The staff is tremendously friendly and helpful. Any issues I have are usually resolved within 24 hours and it's very easy to get ahold of someone. I hate carpet flooring so they installed wood flooring immediately. Neighbors are respectful and are comfortable to be outside unlike most apartments lol. The home was clean when we moved in and you can tell they did cosmetic touch ups. So far, the only bad thing is that the appliances are a little older. Overall, it's great for the price and totally worth it.

I love living here! The staff is super nice and responsive! The property is kept up and clean! I would recommend living here!

This aparment complex had a secretary named Acosta. She was a thief and stole renter(s) holding fees. A tramp! The heat needs to take these folks in. White collar crack. The place embarrases the good people of the city.

WORSE APARTMENTS EVER I move out with 30 days as my lease require and I didn't not receive my deposit and manager was of no help and then had the nerve to Sent me a bill saying I owe for their carpet when it was already gross to begin with then when I paid cause it went to collections management change and my payment of 400 dollars was mysteriously lost and so much headache I dnt recommend these apartments to anyone

ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE IN PROCESS OF MOVING OUT NEW EMPLOYEES NEW RULES, NO AGREEMENTS HONORED, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

BEWARE! This place is extremely outdated and a lot of our appliances didn't work and it took months to get anything fixed. The staff wasn't eager to help us either. We had 1 pet and when we moved out the manager told us we owed over $700 to clean the carpet because of our pet! The carpet was disgusting when we moved in and our pet was potty trained and never had an accident. I disputed it but was sent to collections anyway. The manager is the worst!

DON'T MOVE HERE! The manager Melanie Acosta has cost me over $1000 in fees! We agreed to break our lease and she lied and said she never received our letter and sent us to collections. She then told us we owed over $500 in repairs and we asked her to do a "walk through" with us and she never did!! Our electric bill was also over $300 in the summer even when we wouldn't turn the air conditioner on. I absolutely hate this place and would NEVER recommend it.

I once resided in this complex 2012-13 and everything started out great. When it came time for me to move out the management and I made an agreement on the payment for breaking my lease. Well I went to pay my monthly payment and a whole new staff was there that would not honor my agreement with the prior management. To make matters worse the payments I made during the previous months were never logged into the system. So now I'm digging through everything I can find, searching for those receipts.

I am now about to start the legal process to ensure that no one else gets ripped off by these guys.

If I could rate this place a negative number I would.

Look people you need to grow up and stop blaming everybody. You need to look in the mirror and find yourself. This place is great and the staff do what the can to help out. With you saying everbody feels like this "There was a surprising unity all our neighbors shared, we all wanted out of there as quick as possible." Yeah right. lol. I lived here a long time and do not have anything bad to say. So why you so mad at this place? What didn't pay your rent on time or just introuble with something. Grow up. Look this place is like any other place if you don't ask say anything how can they fix it. I'm going to stay here another year here.

Dont go there! The buildings are old and so are all the appliances. My electric bill during the summer was $450/mo and that was to keep the place at 80 degrees! The management is terrible, Melanie Acosta is like the rude B you always see in movies that smacks her gum and files her nails and tells you to take a number and sit down, then never helps you. There weren't hardly any days that went by that you couldnt smell pot smoke wafting by your apartment window. If you were interested in using, you could easily buy some from the shady drug dealer characters that hung around the parking lot and sold. There was a surprising unity all our neighbors shared, we all wanted out of there as quick as possible.
