We went to cowtown yesterday after calling them and asking what time they closed, and they said 7. I even asked what time they close the doors and stop letting people in, and the lady that works there told me 7 .Since we had about 10 minutes till and we were nearby, we figured we'd go and check out some boots that my mother who came to El Paso to visit came to buy. When we got there we still had 7 minutes until 7, but there was a guy outside telling us that they were closed already. He was very rude, and it seemed as if they were ready to go home. If they wanted to go home early, maybe they should change their hours of operation to 6:50, since that's the time they stop letting people in. He didn't even offer us a chance to go in and look around, considering the time. This is a trait of an unprofessional establishment, and I had such high hopes for this place.
