The Gentleman who was suppose to be there did not show up to do my daughter's hair for her fifteenth birthday, which is such an important event for my daughter and the family! My daughter was devastated and was crying. This was suppose to be her special day and it was ruined. We were rushed and were late to our own church service. I was there the previous day to confirm the appointment and still he failed to show! Our appointment time was at 7:30..... we were 15 minutes early and waited until 8:00 and still no sign of anyone. So there I am driving up and down Dyer trying to find someone to take care of my daughter's hair last minute. Also the week before my daughter got her nails done and within a few days they looked terrible. I do not recommend anyone attending this establishment, you would be wasting your money and time!!!!
