If there was a way to give this NO stars then that would be our choice. We are an active duty military family here in New Mexico. We had ordered a dryer from where these people were supposed to have delivered to our mlilitary base. And the driver PAUL and STEVE (not the manager) had REFUSED to come on base and were rude to us about it. So therefore, being that they have to be searched at the gate, we are assuming it can only be 2 reasons: drug possession or weaponry posession. Either or, they were very unprofessional, very rude, and just LEFT our dryer at the nearest Home Depot. LUCKILY home depot worked with us and shipped it THEMSELVES for us. Daryl Flood is nothing but a huge load of anti-american supporters. They apparently don't support our troops. So while we are fighting for our lives, go be productive with one thing in your life and go "move a couch".
