This is a store which has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A lot of delays, unretruned messages, and endless excuses. If you want to waste your time and money, go here, else go anywhere else

My husband and I purchased a Queen size 2 inch pillow top mattress and box spring. Within days the foam within the mattress began to squeak. We called Gian Davila (owner) and he replaced the set with a new one within a week. The second set was squeakier than the first and the box spring broke within the month, even with properly reinforced frame. We got the run around for several months that they would replace the mattress set, then that the manufacturer would come take a look, or that they would return our call. Our disappointment came when the Mattress Gallery chose not to deal with the problem, give us the cold shoulder and have us deal directly to the manufacturer. Its been six months since we submitted the proper documents and the manufacturer has not replied or done anything about their faulty, defective mattresses. The quality of their products and customer service are very poor on behalf of the Mattress Gallery as well as their manufacturer. Therefore I would not recommend buying from this company.
