Horrible!!!! Don't ever come here!! I don't usually post reviews, but this time I had to do it... Because it was that bad. My beautiful puppies' hair was completely shaved off. I'm pretty sure they did it because they wanted to close early and they were the last dogs. When I pointed it out, the woman at the front desk was rude and did not take responsibility. Instead, she said it was my fault because I wasn't "specific enough." How come I've been to other places and been completely satisfied with their haircut? I should mention that the owner's brother (who does construction/remodeling work in our home) recommended this place. Obviously, he was just trying to help out his sister's business and had no idea whether this place actually did good work. I'm horrified. I'll try to post before and after pics later (or at least links to the pics). I am so very sad and furious.
