This place is a joke. They took forever to replace the screen on my iPhone 6 then wanted to charge me a fortune. Then after asking around, I realized it's just another business that's using it's supposed "services" to launder Cartel money. This type of thing is happening all over El Paso....

I dealt with three different people, I found them all very nice and helpful. They fixed my phone for about 1/4 of what I would have spent for a replacement. I know this because 2 months ago I replaced another phone on my plan with the least expensive alternative. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my iPhone in to get the power button fixed and the young girl at the counter was very rude and spoke down to me when I asked a few questions. As if I should be an expert. Hello?! They are the "experts" that's why I went to them. She was very rude and unprofessional. The work they on my phone was subpar. Yes the button works, but it's still stiff and she said because the part is damaged that there is nothing they can do. Then REPLACE THE PART! They only offer a 15 day guarantee on their work. I'm headed back their to get it fixed right. And from what I've heard from other customers in the store that day, I am not alone.
