After 15 years with this company we started having
Multiple problems with them.
They wouldn't pick up the
trash when they were
supposed to. I had to
constantly call them to pick it
up and pretty much ignore
me. They have a bunch of
stupid women working in the
office that have no clue what
they are doing. After more
than a year dealing with this
stupid company I finally
switch and let me tell you
your bill will be cut in half with either Heist or Bronco. I am
so HAPPY I switched. This people obviously don't give a crap about their customers as long as they get their check by the end of week. If u had the same problems I suggest u switch they don't care.

They are supposed to come on Friday's, so we fill the containers Thursday nights. It's been this way for years. Out of the blue they come on Thursday and wonder why we're upset. NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS! It's 2021, one text, one email for locations affected would save a lot of upset. DO NOT RECOMMEND! If anyone knows another waste company, let me know!
