Doctors and staff are very friendly. They make everyone feel comfortable and all questions are answered before you walk out the door.

Dr. Gabriel Martinez is a fabulous doctor! Not only is the establishment conveniently located but the staff are exceptionally inviting and kind to their guests. Their hospitable efforts made the entire process feel comfortable and easy while their attention to detail and dedication in sanitation furthered my experience as being a safe one during this troubling time with Covid. I would highly recommend anyone to this business any day! Thank you Dr. Martinez and everyone there at El Paso Eyeworks!!

Dr. Martinez gave me an inaccurate eye prescription not once but two times. Then they would not release the claim so I could not go to another provider on my plan. I would NOT recommend this company for any service. He tried to tell me that my weak eye was my strong eye. The glasses were unusable. I would give a zero if I could.

I have been to many eye care centers and have not received the great customer service as I have here. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs vision care. Dr Martinez is excellent! He saw that I had an eye infection back in 2001! No other doctor has mentioned it before. Very knowledgeable.

Being in El Paso I wasn't expecting the customer service from the staff or the professionalism from Dr. I was wrong. Excellent. Highly Recommend!
