Negative -10 Stars. Unreliable and did not live up to their promises. We need the pool deck repaired, the pool acid washed, and the pool painted. El Paso Pool and Spa Service sent a so called technician to our house for an estimate. He was their for no more than 5 minutes and gave us an estimate. Then we gave him $35 dollars for the estimate. I was told my the person asnwering the phone and the Service Technician I would receive an e-mail of the estimate. Never received the e-mail with the estimate. Called 915.613.0200 El Paso Pool and Spa Service and the person on the phone assured me I would get a call from the Service Techinician and the e-mail with the estimate to repair our pool. After four days, now I cannot get them to answer the phone or e-mails sent through the El Paso Pool and Spa Web Site. I think something is definitley wrong here. A Scam? Needless to say we terminated all ties with El Paso Pool and Spa Service and DO NOT recommend them to do any type of work.

they always come on time and on schedule to clean my pool

they are so nice and professional, i have been with them since 2009 and

they always repair my pool for the cheapest price and the best service

all my neighbors agree that they will stay with this company as long as they have a

swimming pool

The Manager has always been professional and reliable. He was at my door before the time. He remembered my home from previous maintenance calls and evaluations which is nice knowing how much he values his customers. He analyzed and fixed my Pool Pump and heather within 2 hours. I appreciate is knowledge and efficiency in completing the job. I highly recommend this company to my friends, family, and the EL Paso.

Worst pool cleaner company. I had agreed with them about weekly cleaning for $35. They went twice and I paid the bill. Then in 2 weeks I didn't receive a bill. Called them three times and left a message and no return calls. Whe I went to the other house. The pool was black and full of algae. I am very disguisted and disappointed. Don't even think about calling them

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried to do a pool cleaning through Seize the Deal, so I called to set up a time. They wouldn't give me a time immediately, so they called me back and left a message with a possible time and then showed up at that time (the next day), without my permission. They refused to honor the Seize the Deal voucher saying that I gave permission for them to come to my house by not calling them back within 24 hours. When I did call them back, they didn't answer and their mailbox was full. Complete waste of my time and money.

i had a technician call Jose he is the best, he save me money, he likes to repair

things instead of telling you to buy new ones, my pool is very big and it has 3 pumps he fixed a Saturday morning, it was really nice work, i even tip him well since he save me more than $600, Able pools quote me $600, and i just paid to el Paso pools $230 for the repair, i highly recommend this company.

last week there was a winter storm, that damage the pipes and pool equipment of a lot of people in EL Paso, my pool pipes were frozen and broken water liking everywhere,



i called El Paso Pool Services, to come and give me an estimate since 3 other companies already had come to give me a expensive estimate, the guy called Jose



was extremely helpful and gave me a price break he saw my need, i didn't have money extra to pay for all this damages, he save me like 450 dlls he repair my pump instead of me buying a new one like the other companies had suggested me to buy everything new, he change the pipes put a new filter and i didn't pay as much as the others wanted,



i highly recommend him, now he will be cleaning my pool weekly.

5 stars means that Mr. Fernandez made my backyard look like I lived in El Paso I really think you should give this place a call for pool cleaning or winter maintenance.

The pool looked amazing all summer and the pool man is always on time. I've had consistently good service and Natalia (the receptionist ) is always quick to respond and very professional.

I called 3 different companies to come and give me an estimate on the pump and filter, they all wanted me to just buy everything new and pay them for the installation

but El Paso Pools offer to fix my pump, they took it and return it in 4 hours all fix, it only need a new mechanical seal, that cost $25. instead of spending $400 to 500 in a new, plus they repair the filter too, i give the guy a tip since he helped to repair, he knew what he was doing,

I was previously using another company that charged us around $40 a week + chemical charges, and then my cousin told me that he was using a different service that just charges $31 weekly. chemicals included. I called and they took about one and a half hours to clean my pool and they even swept the area around my pool as well. The pool guy was really polite and nice i highly recommend this service!

Hi my name is Jessica, i have this company cleaning my pool weekly, and they do it better than any of the other companies that i had before, i have been living in the west side for about 30 years and had many Pool companies clean my pool, but this company is small and focus on your needs, they don't charge me extra for the chemicals and they come right a way when i needed an extra cleaning service. i usually never like to write reviews but i did it because they did a good job this week in my pool, and keep the balance of my water PH in good conditions every time.
