Provided by YP.comThey have NO respect for your time! They give you an appointment and you sit there for an hour or more in the lobby, then they take you to a room and you sit there for almost another hour just to get your results!!!

Provided by YPmobileThis is not the place to be for a DOT driver, the place is over staffed and they are really not that helpful. If you are not local and have to do the DOT sleep test start doing your paperwork 6 months in advance with this clinics because you're going to be there for a while. I lost 18 lbs on working out and eating healthy that's really what saved me from losing my CDL, to date I haven't heard from them for a in house study. My recommendation, lose weight so you don't have to worry about people like this that do not understand the nature of our business.

Provided by YP.comMy seventy six year old mother has been to this location four times. The first was for the initial sleep study with no mask. The second was a sleep study with a mask. The third was to get the results of the first two studies. I have been through these studies at different locations over the years, so I know the routine. When I took my mom for the results of the second sleep study (with the mask), she was told that the results were inconclusive because she only sleep a total of three hours. For the second she arrived at the center at 2000 as directed, but was not set up and prepped for sleep until 2350, which from the get go throws off normal sleep patterns. The technicians came in three times to adjust the mask and/or pressure which when she was asleep woke her up. I went with my mom on the third trip for the follow up for the results, that is when she was advised the results were inconclusive and she would need to come back in for another sleep study. If the El Paso Sleep Center knew they did not have conclusive results to move forward, why didn’t they simply call her and tell her this, and set up another sleep study with the mask? Instead it was a forty mile round trip and additional 30.00 dollar co-pay. So she goes back for the fourth time on April 08, 2014. Shows up at 2000 as requested, it takes two hours to get her set up, again messing with sleep patterns. The technician asks her what type of mask she wants to wear, one that keeps her mouth open or closed, she is the patient, how is she supposed to know, “they “ are the “professionals”. An hour into the study, the mask is leaking, for those that use a mask know that a leaking mask is loud, and it makes the area on the face of the leak very cold. She knocks on the headboard as instructed by the technician she needs assistance, no one shows up (the camera and audio in the room is there because someone is “supposed” to be watching you. She does this throughout the night, trying to get some ones attention a total of four times but no one ever came in to see what was wrong. However right at 0600 they are in there to tell her to get changed and leave. She advised the technician she still had three “probes” on her they put there, two on her chest and one on her foot, the technician tells her she can take those off herself, and walks out of the room. Needless to say, due to the lack of professionalism, patient service, and monitoring she will not be returning. Regardless of how “nice” the facility looks, they have proven themselves to be business that is looking for just the money. I rank them with a big zero for every possible area that could be graded. Avoid at all cost.
