This business is not dependable or committed to the Community of El Paso. The tech "Julian" is knowledgeable but does not come through with his labor warranty. BEWARE he will give you 90 days of warranty on parts and labor but will NOT honor it!!!! He will give you the round around and will not go back to fix the problem. His pricing might be good but it is not worth the headaches!

On January 10, 2013 I contacted Elite Appliance to have a new dishwasher installed. I spoke to the installer regarding the installation he mention a time frame and its understanble times could very for some one to show up on time. Never the less, the installer was able to installe my dishwasher. However, a set of problems started from there, I been having a leak under my sink and the water pipe is leaking and it's when the dishwasher is operating. This is something I could probably fix however I paid for a so called professional to install it for the same reason I didn't want any leaks or problems. I would NOT!!!!!! Recommend this company, after calling them back they kept telling me they would go back and check the installation however no one has show up! Really bad service! At this point they have cashed my check and can't really do anything but let people know not to fall for this company.

The service technician was on time and very professional. They offered the best rate with the best guarantee. I was left feeling very confident that the job was done right the first time.
