I have had extreme issues with EP Fitness and their business practices. First I was made a promise over the phone about a billing issue, when they did not hold up there end I was simply told there is no proof of my claims and they do not have to hold up a promise made by someone over the phone. That prompted me to cancel MY contract with them, and I got overcharged int he process. Then I discovered one of there salesman FORGED my signature on a contract as the responsible party for someone else....2 years after that person left the state EP charged my account for $500! They know it is impossible to push it through to the courts because the burden of proof (a foresnic expert on signatures) is on me, not them, which costs more than what they took from me. They are all over the internet for bad billing practices and make it near impossible to cancel your contract. Please go to Planett Fittness, they are cheaper, no contracts and overall a better environment. If I could take stars away instead of giving them one, I would!
