Impossible to cancel

You have to mail a certified letter in order to cancel. You can't hand deliver it. And it takes 30 days. I'm still in the process of canceling! The location I went to had squeaking/broken machines etc. and then they closed that site down. There isn't an "office" a person can go cancel in person. I have to go to the post office to send this letter. Don't do business with them. When I signed the contract I was told there would be people available to help me with machines. I never even saw an employee in the cardio area. Half the TVs were never on and the place looked filthy. I never once any employee clean anything. Don't do it!
