As an Army wife I have had to deal with numerous carpet cleaning companies over the years as we ventured across the country and I can honestly say this company exceeds all expectationd! This carpet had extensive problems with previous pets and messy people but thanks to the skill and attention given today it looks like brand new carpet! In addition the personnel with whom I dealt were all professional and exceptionally careful with all of my furniture and decor. Even helping to move some furniture as I had no male muscle to assist in preparation. The best thing is that the price was exceptionally reasonable! Thank you Fibercare for making my holiday a happy one !����

I'm very happy with service and the results of having my carpets cleaned by this company. We seriously considering replacing the carpet due to pet damage when we decided to give the professionals a call. They were able to save the carpets and longer life to them. They were prompt and the service technician Henry was professional and efficient at his work. The results speak for themselves. The service is well worth the money that would otherwise be spent replacing carpet.

It’s a crap shoot when trying to figure out who to call. I tell you what; I go by some of the reviews that have been posted here. So I hope that this will help you out in the long run. This company was great and I will use them again. Ed, the service representative is really what made it a work for me. He took me though the process step by step explaining each step in detail. I truly felt this was a professional outfit, and that Ed really loved what he was doing.

Fibercare has been doing my carpets for 10 years. The first difference I noticed is that this company places our furniture on supports. The carpet moisture never reaches the furniture. The cleaning team does one section of the home and places circulation fans in the area as they move on to another section of the home. Pet stains are located with some sort of "infrared or blacklight". The team will advise you on your pet odors as they work. The odors are not covered up, the odors are removed. Fibercare has also cleaned the upholstery of my furniture. The team is extremely knowledgeable about fabrics and the different types of carpet. If you are interested in replacing your carpet, ask these guys their opinion of the different types of carpet in the style you desire. They will advise you on potential cleaning problems and potential life of each carpet sample you like. These guys are 110% professional. They take pride in their work. I freely place my stamp of approval on Fibercare. Truly the best.
