I first would say that after my fraud on my debit card while traveling in Europe that the credit union allowed I would not ever depend that that they the FLFCU are keeping you or your money safe. I was only allowed to withdrawl $800.00 A DAY AT A atm, MY DEBIT CARD WAS SCAMED AT A atm, THE CROOKS WERE PULLING OUT $3000.00 A DAY ON THE SAME BOGUS CARD.
Then you cant see, speak or email directly to a manager or a supervisor you send a email to a general inbox then a person decides who you need to see?
Customer service yeah right......
Im taking my $25,000 to a real bank now, I suggest any customer of these people do the same, they dont protect you or your money, no fraud watch on your accounts like real banks have.
Lastly dont feel secure using thier debit card and thinking they protect you.

First Light FCU has an unfriendly policy pertaining to deposits. As a federal retiree, my OPM pension falls on the first of each month. When the first falls on a weekend or holiday, First Light chooses to deposit the first work day following the weekend or holiday. When payday falls on a weekend with a Monday holiday, this is even more of a hardship. Pensioners and working people need to protest this policy, because it IS their policy (unlike GECU and most local banks who advance the deposit to Friday or the day before the holiday). The interest they make for holding payments a few days should not be more important than good customer service.
