Worst customer service I ever had. the only reason why this is the worst customer service ever is due to Candice in the loan department. I applied for a loan with her and while on the phone she is continually saying hi to coworkers and not focusing on our conversation and on top of that i recently financed a vehicle and she put in the application and for three weeks already I have been advised that it has not been completed yet. I spoke to Candice in the loan department today that i seem to get evrytime i call and she advised me that there is no loan listed for a refinance that she only has me down for applying for credit previously. since me and my wife are both on this loan application i gave her the info for my wife and still she advised i have no loan with them. after i hung up with her i log into the accoutn online and there it is in black and white even listing the account number. it seems as though firstlight cannot tell me if i have a account or not and you have to imagine how frustrating it is to here one thing form a rep of thier bank and go online and see another. make sure to get names of who you speak to.

I went in for a loan and they treated me fast and friendly. i was out in fifteen minutes.
