Great Service. The flowers are fresh, and the people working there are very nice. I would definitely come back.

Good business practice should start by the owner's. The owner of this place is a very UNPLEASANT person to deal with. She has an arrogant attitude towards customers and does not provide with good customer service. Salesman was very helpful and made very nice recommendations when I was choosing my flowers. He quoted me on some and I decided to buy them. But when I went to the front to pay for my order, this lady had a ver despective attitude towards me and all she cared about was to make sure I knew she was the owner of the place. I noticed she charged me more than what the salesman had quoted me and asked her why. She lifted up her list and told me that the salespeople were new and that she had the correct list of prices, which were higher of course. I don't know if this woman wants to fool customers by overcharging them, hoping they won't notice and will think she's charging what her salespeople are quoting. When I didn't agree to pay a higher price than what I was quoted, she told me I could go to Albertson's since they had very nice flowers. Definitely she is not a person I would want to do business with!! Very poor business ethic and awful customer service coming from the OWNER of the place!!
