My father was referred here for rehab after knee replacement surgery, we called 911 & had him transported to the hospital after he'd been without oxygen for 2 hours because the nurse didn't read his orders & the medical director had left for the day. The facility itself had deplorable conditions including huge roaches, one of which was perched on the water fountain. The nurses were rude, disrespectful, & inattentive. The rehab patients are co-mingled with the regular residents so it was of no surprise when a patient with dementia walked into my father's room. At dinner time, a nurse propped my father's leg, which was the one that had just been operated on, on top of a trash can. Although my father was not up to walking because he wasn't feeling well, the nurse told him that she was the nurse & he was going to do as she said. One of the nurses spilled water on my father's bed & took her time to change his sheets. I also found it disturbing that several residents who were wheelchair-bound were all stationed around the nurses station. Some of them were sleeping, others just stared into space, & one man almost fell out of his wheelchair multiple times. I wouldn't send my worse enemy there, let alone someone I love. To be honest, a one star rating is too high.

My late Father spent the last month or so of his life at this facility with advanced Alzheimers. The staff was caring and took great strides to take care of my father. We previously had him at Cambria and Desert Springs. The horrible care Cambria and Desert Springs I wouldn't wish on anybody. This facility spent their money on personnel - not on the facility making it look nice. My Father received quality care at Franklin and I will always be eternally grateful to this facility for that.

The number in which was provided was invalid. the address however was correct. i would be better off calling 411. double check all numbers this has happened to me often when using yellow pages.com. if your trying to save time yellow pages.com should be omitted.
