My 75 year old mother an I went shopping at your store. She wanted to buy a t-shirt for my son who of course is her grandson. When we got up to the register, to save time, I asked her to buy me some sunglasses that were at the counter. I left the area to take a call, I could vaguely hear the cashier asking her who the items were for, and she replied "for her and her family". Immediately the cashier told her that they were for not for her, and because it was Senior Citizen's day she was not going to allow her to purchase them and that if she ever tried that again she was going to report her and black list her from ever purchasing any items at Goodwill again!... My mom left the store without the items and she confirmed what had happened. I found this absurd!... What will Goodwill post pictures of black listed senior citizens at all stores!.. She did not even offer for me to purchase them, she placed the items behind the counter. What does it matter what she wants to do with her purchases? My mother was humiliated in front of the other customers. I think she deserves an apology.
