I had a $699 Camera, A $399 50mm Lens and a $160 70-200MM Sigma Lens in my carry on bag. They broke my gear, also when I went to get back on the bus the bus driver shut the door on me and would not let me in and just stared at me for four minutes. Then when I proceed to sit down two seats behind him the backup driver who was sick at the time was spraying lysol on her seats and sprayed me in the mouth. After that she said sorry sarcastically. The bus driver started with the rules and stated that their will be no use of fowl language on the bus. The lady next to me then stated"what would be the punishment for using fowl language" the bus driver then replied "You know what the punishment would be young man" in reference to me. I told him that it was not me who said that and the lady next to me confirmed it was her the bus driver then proceeded to say "well ma'am if you are using fowl language it must be because of the young man next to you and we would have to kick him off the bus ".

I bought a ticket Christmas day from a woman stating her name was Erica. I questioned her as to why this ticket was substantially more than advertised on Greyhound's website. After a spirited but generally fruitless

discussion, Erica responded with "That's just the way it is ..." then began to have a conversation in Spanish with someone else while I attempted to complete our transaction. I asked her to speak to me in English as I didn't understand Spanish. Her reaction was one of surprise as well as alarm. I noted, albeit loudly, that her conduct was both unprofessional and rude. Another man selling tickets commented, "she is multi-tasking" with a smug smile. He declined to identify himself. The two burly men appearing suddenly and standing with Erica wore smocks with a Greyhound name tag - one being Jesse. Erica suggested I ask one of those two, pointing to two management pictures hanging on the wall behind her, Mr. Fernandez / Hernandez (possibly). Does anyone know why there is a 25% or more increase when conducting business in person and in cash? Does anyone know management's phone number? Pssst - I will find it. Happy holidays travellers
