Was made to sign contracts for Pain management and a contract to pay back if a lawsuit was won against an insurance carrier. Was continually drug checked to make sure I was using the pain management In the 4 1/2 years I went to Dr. Edaurdo Genaro Vasquez's Pain clinic I always waited over an hour and it was Dr. Vazquez who was my workers comp doctor for pain in the lower back at that clinic. In 2014 he with out my permission switched me too Dr. Edrick Lopez of whom wanted to switch me to Hydrcodone with tylenol I refused because tylenol is bad for ones liver for prolonged use to stay active. I was seen not by Edaurdo Vazquez or Edrick Lopez It was a nurse practioner named Haydee Fisk. They also kept asking me for a new MRI and the workers comp also wrote EDaurdo Vazquez a letter on causation in his opinion as my treating Pain management doctor for workers comp and he never complied its now 2018 and the workers compensation case is going to trial and When I refused the change to Hydrocodone the office management stated I violated my contract asked why they did not consult me on a new MRI I had paid for not workers comp. I never saw Dr. Lopez or Vasquez was told That I violated my contract by refusing there advice on change of medications. Most people violate their contracts by using other drugs. I was compliant never dirty never using other than my precsriptions given. I said if pain management would not stop my pain than surgery they never adressed that or consulted me and now This office and the Doctor are refusing to give the contracts I signed or the refusal of the insurance carrier saying I was being treated for something other than my original injury in other words his office . I am now a prose Plaintiff and have to depose and subpoena both Edrick Lopez and Dr. Vasquez . Thank god its only ten dollars per day. They also wrote stuff in my charts that were not true in there summaries. There are good Doctors that do spend time with you but its rare to find one that does represent your interests as a doctor and that does not pass you off to a nurse practitioner. I cannot stress the aggravation and humiliation this office has caused me its like there in cahoots with the insurance companies in order to get referrals. The original Doctor that did this Patients Impairment rating that was approved back in 2003 has seen me wrote affidavits and is doing it pro bono for me. But this Pain management was also faxed by a Forensic specialist on future Medical and the Workers comp Doctor or El Paso Pain Management to do an evaluation seeing th...
