The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso is a local public corporation that offers sanitary and affordable housing facilities for low- and moderate-income families, senior citizens and people with disabilities. It provides a variety of programs related to education, recreation, drug education and prevention, job training, small business development and community organizations.
