Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst service I have ever had. 4 tables of people two waitresses, soup and salad came when the meal came. Had to ask for drinks to be refilled. Food was not good and took to long. Don't want to give them a star but you have to give one to submit.

Provided by YP.comIt seems that every IHOP I go to has to know I am there and get their dishes from the dish washer befor they go thru the process. I love the waffles but every IHOP serves me on dirty dishes. Today was my last trip there. I have given them chance after chance. Every IHOP in EL PASO TX has done this to me . I don't get it. I will find my waffles elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comUnlike others IHOPs that I have been to the service at this location is the worst. My experience went sour since the begining. We ordered a regular coffe and a french vanilla and our waiter brought Irish cream instead. We ordered and waited a fair time for our plates. When they finally brought them the my order was incorrect. I immediatly told the waiter and he said that he would be right back with my plate. My wife finished her food (even though she was kind of waiting for my plate) and my plate didn't arrive. By this time I was really pissed and when my plate finally arrived I ask the waitress to cancel my order. I guess she got mad because she threw one of plates on top of the other one (really bad attitude). I got up and spoke with the manager and explained to him what was happening. The waitress was there and she blamed the kitchen for the mistakes. The manager apologized and told me not to worry about the bill. By the way I wasn't the only one having trouble with them this day. Another patron that was sitting next to us was overcharged and while the waitress was fixing this error another waiter brought them two orders of pancakes. The customer told the waiter that he hadn't order them and the waiter's response was "yes you did" (very unprofessional). The customer told him again that he hadn't ordered it. Then the waiter went to the next table and asked them if they had ordered that. Which they had.
In conclussion, the service was very bad, waiters very unproffessional and as far as food goes I wouldn't be able to rate.
